新华社北京1月18日电 国务院总理李强日前签署国务院令，公布《国务院关于修改部分行政法规和国务院决定的决定》，自公布之日起施行。
2023年3月，中共中央、国务院印发了《党和国家机构改革方案》。根据党中央、国务院决策部署和中央金融工作会议精神，为保障行政法规体系的一致性、规范性和时效性，加快转变政府职能，国务院对因机构改革需要修改的金融领域行政法规进行了清理，决定对1部行政法规和2个国务院决定的部分条款予以修改：
一、修改《中国人民银行货币政策委员会条例》。根据机构改革方案关于组建国家金融监督管理总局、不再保留中国银行保险监督管理委员会的要求，对货币政策委员会成员单位相关规定作出调整。同时，为贯彻落实党的二十大报告关于建设现代中央银行制度的精神，对货币政策委员会相关职责和工作程序等作相应完善。主要修改内容包括：一是明确规定货币政策委员会工作坚持中国共产党的领导；二是调整货币政策委员会组成单位和人员；三是进一步明确货币政策委员会委员类别和任免程序；四是完善工作程序，规定货币政策委员会实行例会制度，采取多种方式加强预期引导和市场沟通。
